We are seeking a skilled Service Intelligence Developer who possesses a strong blend of data analysis and business intelligence development expertise. As a pivotal member of our IT Operations Analytics and Service Intelligence team, you will be responsible for extracting actionable insights from complex datasets to enhance our service intelligence capabilities. You will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making processes by developing interactive and visually appealing dashboards using Power BI and Tableau. Your primary focus will be on analyzing IT performance metrics, service-level agreements, and operational data to optimize service delivery and efficiency.  

Key Responsibilities:  

Data Analysis:  

• Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets related to IT operations, service performance, and customer interactions.  

• Identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data to derive actionable insights.  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.  

Business Intelligence Development:  

• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.  

• Implement data visualizations that effectively communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and actionable insights to stakeholders.  

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reporting and analytics solutions.  

Service Intelligence Enhancement:  

• Contribute to the enhancement of service intelligence capabilities by proposing and implementing innovative analytics solutions.  

• Utilize predictive analytics and machine learning techniques to forecast service demand, identify potential issues, and optimize resource allocation.  

• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate data from various sources and systems to provide a comprehensive view of service performance.  

Continuous Improvement:  

• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis, business intelligence, and service management.  

• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the IT Analytics function.  

• Participate in knowledge-sharing activities and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of learning and development.  

Skills and Qualifications:  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.  

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, BI Developer, or similar role, with a focus on IT Analytics and Service Intelligence.  

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, or R.  

• Strong expertise in developing interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.  

• Solid understanding of IT service management principles, processes, and frameworks (e.g., ITIL).  

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.  

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.  

• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus.  

• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or Tableau Desktop Specialist are desirable.
