Independent Adjusters 

Hudson Crop & Livestock is seeking skilled and motivated Independent Adjusters to join our team! We’re looking for professionals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering accurate, timely service to our insureds and agency partners.

 What You’ll Do

  • Conduct field inspections and gather accurate claim information
  • Review and interpret policy provisions and crop program guidelines
  • Communicate professionally with insureds, agents, and internal teams
  • Submit complete, timely, and compliant claim documentation
  • Represent Hudson Crop with integrity, accuracy, and outstanding customer service

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous crop adjusting experience
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel 
  • Current adjuster certification or willingness to complete required training
