The Agency Success Manager role ensures agents are thoroughly trained and equipped with the necessary tools for success and alignment with Hudson Crop's strategies. Support from this role in recruiting, marketing, and onboarding processes fosters a seamless integration of new agents, ultimately enhancing the agency's overall performance and customer experience.

Essential Duties

•    Train and educate agents on eHarvest functionalities and all other agent tools (mapping, quoting, precision, OCR) 
•    Document and prioritize technology bugs and improvements for agent-facing technology systems. 
•    Support recruiting of new agents by showcasing eHarvest functions and all other agent tools (mapping, quoting, precision, OCR) 
•    Contribute to the development of marketing presentations to showcase agent tools during in-person and virtual meetings. 
•    Assist with determining new technology advancements that improve customer experience. 
•    Support the onboarding process for new agents. 


Skills, Knowledge & Ability

•    Proven experience training and educating diverse audiences on various tools and systems.
•    4+ years with mapping, quoting, precision, and OCR tools
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills for both in-person and virtual settings.
•    Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.


Education/Experience 

•    Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
•    Technology Systems Training: Courses or certifications in CRM (Customer Relationship Management), ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), and agriculture software systems
•    Experience in onboarding and customer service is a plus
