Position Summary

  • Bigger picture - the GRC Lead is responsible for establishing a Governance Risk and Compliance Team/Program. 
  • In the first 3 months, we expect the GRC Lead to complete a comprehensive assessment and report out, hitting the ground from Day 1. We are looking for a hands-on consultant who can lead and “do”.
  • Responsibilities include:
    • Managing the IT & Info Sec Risk Register
    • Business Continuity Planning & Recertification
    • Info Sec Policies & Standards, Exceptions Process, & Recertification
    • Third Party Risk Management (TPRM)
    • Control & Process integration w/ Data Security & Info Sec teams.
    • Change Management Process
    • Internal and External Audits
    • Select and deploy new GRC Tracking/Automation tool that will help improve all GRC functions.

Skills

  • 5-8 years of experience in GRC and/or Data Governance
  • Experience with GRC Tool(s)
  • Experience in performing Risk Assessments
  • Experience in interpreting regulatory requirements into controls
  • Experience in project and/or process management
  • Experience with various regulations listed above
  • Experience with external audits (e.g. PWC, States, etc.)
